Announcement of Appointment

Ananda Development Public Company Limited announces the appointment of a new executive, Mr. Prasert Butdulyasathit, as Chief Operating Officer, effective from June 10, 2020.

As Chief Operating Officer, he will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the company in both the condominium and housing development sectors, as well as international sales and the real estate agency business, The Agent (Property Expert) Co., Ltd. Additionally, he will manage operations related to pre-construction, construction, aftersales services, and marketing.

Mr. Prasert Butdulyasathit has played a significant role in the real estate development industry, holding senior executive positions at leading real estate companies in Thailand for over 27 years, including Lalin Property Public Company Limited and Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, as well as serving as the President of the Thai Condominium Association. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Thammasat University.
